Due to the nature of large musical instruments such as digital pianos and keyboards, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality related reasons.
We do not support a “7-day no-reason return” policy for large instruments.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The product was damaged during shipping
The product received is incorrect or incomplete
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if any of the above issues occur.

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference or non-quality issues, the return will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
The following items cannot be returned:
Products with physical damage caused by misuse
Products returned without original packaging
Products that have been used extensively
Products returned without prior approval
