Refund and Returns Policy

At FLYKEYS, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of large musical instruments such as digital pianos and keyboards, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality related reasons.

We do not support a “7-day no-reason return” policy for large instruments.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product if any of the above issues occur.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or non-quality issues, the return will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with physical damage caused by misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products that have been used extensively

  • Products returned without prior approval
